FI EXHAUST
Started in February 2012, FI Exhaust was created with the goal to provide an unmatched driving experience through their high performance valvetronic exhaust systems. FI Exhaust is able to deliver an F1 style race sound and frequency that is unlike any other exhaust system. The valvetronic capability allows customers to control the volume of their exhaust, and has become a staple of the FI Exhaust brand. FI developed an OBD2 controller that not only can control the valves of the exhaust system, but also clear engine error codes that are related to having an aftermarket exhaust system.
HIGHEST LEVEL OF DESIGN
CAD DESIGN
Every FI Exhaust system utilizes the highest level of design technology to achieve the best sound and highest performance. Computer Aided Design, 3D Laser cutting, and unique pipe bending techniques all contribute to an exhaust system that sounds great, but also will fit with zero issues. After each exhaust is finished, they are polished 3 times, both inside and out, to reduce unevenness of the exhaust walls. This creates a smoother exhaust flow and results in more performance.

Each FI Exhaust system is highly customizable, with the ability to option out different exhaust tips, downpipe options, and even full header systems for some models.Â
Fi 2 headers have a 4 to 1 style collector in order to increase the frequency to a higher pitch. And it sounds amazing, like a freaking F1 car.
ENHANCED SOUND
X-PIPE DESIGN
With performance and sound quality in mind, FI Exhaust has adopted an X-Pipe design into most of their systems. After plenty of research and development the X-Pipe design has proved to enhance exhaust flow and sound. Placing the X-Pipe in the center of the system allows the engine to not lose any torque, which is common with some aftermarket exhaust systems.Â
Not only does the exceptional build quality result in a better tone, it also reduces any vibrations or drone in all FI Exhaust systems.

TITANIUM SIGNATURE SERIES
With the release of the Titanium Signature Series, FI Exhaust introduced titanium exhausts into their lineup. These systems provide weight savings as well as a very distinctive tone due to the exhaust’s construction.Â
