CTS Turbo 2015-2020 BMW S55 M3/M4/M2 C Intake Kit

The single piece CNC mandrel bent aluminum intake pipes allow for smooth entry of cold air into the engine providing peak power gains ranging from 9-12HP. All of the components included in the CTS air intake system work flawlessly together to provide increased horsepower and torque throughout the entire power band and an aggressive race-inspired sound.

The plastic OEM charge pipes are prone to failure at STOCK boost levels. The CTS Charge Pipe Kit offers more power, OE fitment and peace of mind at any boost level.

You’ll notice an increase in throttle response and a decrease in turbo lag.

CTS Turbo 2015-2020 BMW M3/M4/M2 C J-Pipe Throttle Body Charge Pipe

CTS Turbo J-Pipe offers more air flow into the throttle body and a fully-welded solid design. OE fitment and peace of mind at any boost level. We added two meth bungs for those who are wanting to use water-methanol injection.

Measuring at consistent 3″ ID, this is the largest throttle body j-pipe on the market. You’ll notice an increase in throttle response and a decrease in turbo lag.

Our stainless steel high-flow CAT downpipes allow for faster spool, better transient boost response, higher boost, and great sound.  Our downpipes are the first part of our modular exhaust system and are compatible with factory mid-pipes and our upcoming CTS Turbo mid-pipes.  You should expect strong torque gains when paired with appropriate tuning software.  We used CAD simulation to streamline the flow of exhaust gasses and ensure seamless integration with the factory and CTS exhaust components.  Many hours of R&D were spent to ensure a perfect fit, smooth exhaust flow, and excellent sound.

• Map Switching On-The-Fly using steering wheel cruise control buttons. Flash the vehicle once and have access to 4 switchable maps on the steering wheel changing the calibration entirely from one map slot to the next
• Flex Fuel Tuning – Tune for any Ethanol blend by having a Flex Fuel sensor report Ethanol % to the engine control unit (DME) and have it manage the tune from regular petrol (0% Ethanol) to 100%, without re-flashing
• AntiLag – build boost while stationary or rolling by using steering wheel cruise button press and the Accelerator pedal allowing for insta-boost when roll racing or launching
• New Map Editor – advanced tuning editor with close to 5000 tuning tables available
• Datalogging of over 80 advanced (RAM) channels and hundreds of others available at highest throughput of any tool available on the market today
• Ethanol In-Dash Indicator – software changes applied to the DME to allow checking of your Ethanol content as reported by the Flex Fuel Sensor in the vehicle’s dash on the RPM gauge (e.g. 2000rpm = 20% ethanol, 5500rpm = 55% ethanol)
